Senior Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for a creative and social-savvy Sr. Marketing Coordinator to help lead content development and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok,YouTube and LinkedIn. If you love keeping up with trends and creating content that gets people talking, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with our video editor, designer, and leadership team to create engaging content, manage our platforms, and build community. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your creativity and voice will shape a growing brand.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable on camera and confident in video content
  • Strong understanding of viral content and trends
  • Skilled in Canva and Meta tools
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration and adaptability
  • Passion for storytelling, branding, and community building
  • Experience managing personal or brand accounts with measurable growth
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or tech industries preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC strategy is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content across social, email, print, and digital channels
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and connects with our target audience
  • Lead creative brainstorming (Reels, stories, carousels, captions, campaign hooks)
  • Monitor trends and adapt them to fit our visual and messaging style
  • Collaborate with our video editor and designer for timely, polished content
  • Create graphics using Canva (with templates or original designs)
  • Appear on camera for our “Home Show” video series and other brand storytelling
  • Participate in skits and creative shoots as needed

Platform Management & Posting

  • Manually post content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Write captions that match our voice and support marketing goals
  • Maintain a consistent and strategic posting schedule
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies — especially high-intent messages
  • Engage proactively with followers: comment, follow, share, and interact
  • Identify common questions or content gaps to inform strategy

Campaigns & Growth

  • Run engaging story campaigns
  • Analyze data and audience behavior to guide content direction
  • Share creative ideas for viral/organic growth across platforms

Email & Communication Support

  • Write email marketing content for different segments
  • Contribute to strategic email campaigns around launches, updates, and seasonal pushes
  • Help shape consistent messaging across email, social, and community touchpoints
